GRIDFLEX® is designed to meet domestic content safe harbor guidance requirements.
Unirac’s GRIDFLEX® racking systems are domestically produced and have all the key features that customers value. GRIDFLEX® 5D and GRIDFLEX® 10D may provide taxpayers with an option to claim the 10% Domestic Content Bonus Credit (DCBC)*!
Under the IRS’s First Updated Safe Harbor Guidance (Notice 2025-08), the GRIDFLEX® racking systems may contribute up to 19.6% of the total 50% domestic content requirement for a complete PV installation for MLPE based systems. When paired with select domestic content inverters on the market, the GRIDFLEX® 5D and GRIDFLEX® 10D racking systems can play a pivotal role in meeting the 50% domestic content threshold. System Components
To build a fully functional GRIDFLEX® 5D & GRIDFLEX® 10D systems, the following components are required:

Mid Rail
The Mid Rail provides support for field modules while increasing system stability. Each rail includes printed installation guides to ensure precise placement of South Clamps, North Stanchions, Ballast Rails, attachments, and overlap measurements, streamlining the installation process.
