The team brings experience from every corner of the industry, including residential, commercial, and utility scale installations, plus roles ranging from installer to director. 

Several team members started as installers and built their careers through inspection, site survey, O&M, and operations leadership, giving the group a deep, field-tested understanding of what works on the roof. 

Their combined project history spans thousands of installations, countless megawatts, and work with both major solar companies and community-driven nonprofits. 

The team includes veterans, licensed electricians, safety leads, and even founders of solar-advocacy initiatives, creating a group that mixes technical skills with real passion for the industry.
