For optimal application, follow these simple Solarhooks installation tips for a clean, secure install.
Locate and mark the rafters. Position hook as needed, drill 2 pilot holes. Remove hook and fill pilot holes with roofing sealant. Position the hook and secure with included lag screws.
Place the SOLARHOOKS Tile Replacement Flashing in the tile location and mark where the SOLARHOOKS meets the flashing. Do not fold tabs on W- or Flat-type flashings at this stage. Cut the marked area and fold the flashing to create the required slit. Reinstall the flashing with the SOLARHOOKS in place. Fold tabs on W- and Flat-type flashings to secure.
