QUICK & eASY iNSTALLATION

Prep
Clean and Mark
Clean the roof surface until it’s dry and free of dust, caulk, mastic, or loose granules. Mark the center point for placement once equipment layout is confirmed.
Apply M1 Sealant
Apply a 5/16 inch bead of M1 around the bottom perimeter and at each bolt location, then tool it smooth. Follow cold-weather guidelines as needed.

Install
Secure the Attachment
Align the mount with your roof marks and fasten it using hardware specified by your engineer. Drive screws until the base is tight and M1 sealant pushes out around the perimeter, then tool the sealant into a smooth fillet. Avoid over-torquing.
Fill and Finish
Fill the base with Chemlink 1-Part sealant so all screw heads are covered, then place the cap. Attach racking using the 3/8 inch hardware specified.
