Snap chalk lines. Drill pilot hole, backfill with sealant. Secure attachment to the roof with a lag bolt. IMPORTANT: Continue to torque the lag bolt until the sealing washer expands. Stop torquing before the EPDM washer bows out.
Inject sealant to port to create a permanent pressure seal.
