Comp Shingle & Tile Roofs
Cut opening over rafter for flashing riser. Secure standoff with two lag bolts into the rafter. Slide flashing under upper shingle and over standoff shaft. No sealing needed with No-Calk collar.
Remove tile over rafter. Secure base with two lag bolts into the rafter. Place flashing under upper tile and form to tile shape. Install standoff shaft onto base and tighten. Seal with roofing cement or approved sealant.
