Krishna Chaitanya Doddikadi

Chief Executive Officer – Unirac India

Krishna began his journey at Unirac in 2010 as a Product Development Engineer, wearing multiple hats across product design, supply chain operations and process improvement. In those formative years, he combined hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and drive product innovation.

With his passion for advocating continuous improvement over results, he spearheaded the launch of Unirac India in 2019 as a strategic hub and set out to replicate best practices of global outsourcing across quality, culture and career-opportunity. At Unirac, Krishna’s vision pivots around empowering teams to realize their full potential, foster an impact-driven and inclusive work culture and mentoring emerging leaders to take on future challenges. Under his leadership, Unirac India grew from the ground up into a Centre of Excellence. Today the organization has scaled up into broader talent ecosystem with 300+ direct professionals pioneering Unirac’s Planset Design as a service offering. His approach to leadership emphasizes long-term sustainability over short-term wins, team trust over hierarchy and empowering young leaders over relying solely on experience.

During his free time, he enjoys meditation and wellness retreats and loves probing about evolving technologies that help ideate new perspectives and point of views. He strongly believes in making people realize their true potential. Krishna’s journey from being an engineer to the founder of a thriving India arm reflects not just personal ambition but a deeper purpose to build an organization that combines technical excellence with human values and proves that “Better Solar Starts Here” is not just Unirac’s slogan but a living philosophy.
