System Components

To build a fully functional system, the following components are required.

Rails
GFT Rails

Supports modules These beams run perpendicular to the top chord channels and directly support the solar panels, which are attached using clamps.

Piles
C-Piles

Main structural member of system the anchors the array to the ground. These are the primary vertical supports for the array. Made of steel, they are available in 10.5’, 12.5’ and 15’ lengths so they can be driven directly into the ground for a stable foundation.

Rails
Top Chord

Attached C Pile to GFT Rails which support the module. These are horizontal structural beams that run along the top of the C-piles. The east-west rails are attached to them to support the solar panels.

Connects 2 segments of GFT Rails.

Mid Clamp – Universal AF

Offers ½” row spacing. 30mm – 46mm modules.

Perfect balance between aesthetics/module gaps & engineering benefits

Hexagonal hardware is designed to help align clamps with module frames for easier installation

Mid Clamp – Standard Series

Offers ¼” row spacing.

The smallest module gap for great aesthetics and module density on the roof.

Low-cost, simple design.

SKUs are available for different module thicknesses between 30-51mm.

End Clamp – Universal AF

Provides an aesthetic end clamp along with a twist-and-lock design for quick engagement. Supports module frame heights from 30mm to 46mm. Extends ¾” from the module edge.

End Clamp – Standard Series

Built-in washer keeps the clamp and bolt upright for easy assembly. Available in three sizes to fit module frame heights from 30mm to 51mm. Extends 1½” from the module edge.

RAILS
Brace Arms

Supports Top Chord on C-Pile. These braces provide rigidity to the structure, connecting the top chords and C-piles to stabilize the array.
