System Components

To build a fully functional ECOFOOT® 2+ system, the following components are required.

Base
ECOFOOT® 5D Base

The ECOFOOT® 5D Base supports the north and south sides of the modules for secure, stable installations.

Clamps
Universal Clamp

The Universal Clamp secures the north and south edges of the module to the base, providing a stable connection and consistent system alignment.

Clevis Pin
Clevis Pin

The Clevis Pin secures clamps to the base, locking components in place for a reliable connection.

Wind Deflector
Deflector

The Deflector attaches to the high side of the base to reduce wind uplift forces, allowing for lower ballast requirements and improved system efficiency.

Wind Deflector
Ballast Tray

The Ballast Tray supports ballast blocks, distributing weight evenly and contributing to effective system load sharing for enhanced stability.

Mid Support
Mid Support Upper

The Mid Support Upper attaches to the return flange of the module’s north edge, adding reinforcement at the center of the frame for greater stability.

Mid Support
Mid Support Lower

The Mid Support Lower attaches to the return flange of the module’s south edge, reinforcing the center of the frame for added stability.
