Return Policy

Standard Product Returns – Standard Products will be considered returnable only within 90 days following delivery. All returned products must (A) have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on all packages, (B) be in acceptable condition for resale, and (C) be in production at the time of return to be eligible for return credit. Customer will pay a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total cost of the order or $25.00, whichever is larger, plus shipping cost on all accepted returns.
